You’ll develop clear business cases on the reasons for change, engaging with the vehicle plants in common working practices, standardising practices and coordinating information for cross plant forums to reduce non-value activity. Supporting project management activities with clear reporting, definition of next steps and co-ordination of project timelines and contributing to the robust programme coordination, delivery and execution for Material Flow planning.

You’re a continuous improvement champion, target driven but with a customer-first mindset. You’re confident to challenge, whilst building trust and credibility with your stakeholders; personable, and actively working to support and develop your team members. With your analytical skills and statistical abilities, you’re confident with large data sets, pulling data together, manipulating it into various software and presenting it back out to key stakeholders.

Finally, you’ll have a flexible approach to work, as you’ll be expected to be out in the business, travelling to various sites and therefore you’ll need a full UK/European driving licence.

Therefore, Jaguar Land Rover will not support an application for visa sponsorship and all applicants for this role must have an unrestricted right to work for an indefinite period in the UK.
