WHAT TO EXPECT

We expect our IT Graduates to join us with a passion for developing critical areas of business management, including business transformation coupled with driving our IT strategy, project and programme management, process re-engineering and commercial relationship building with key strategic vendors.

Working alongside strategic IT and business leaders and learning from our external IT specialist partners, you’ll develop your personal and professional skills which will enable you to have an impact on how we continue to transform our business and manage the technical areas of IT such as software engineering, networks, data storage and operational maintenance.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

With an IT or Computer Science related degree at 2:2 level or higher, you’ll have a proactive and flexible attitude, a keen interest in business enabling technological innovations, the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and impressive commercial acumen.

Your innovation and creativity will be challenged every day, as you develop a rigorous and commercially focused approach to your work. Joining us on a starting salary of £29,000, you’ll also receive a £2,000 joining bonus to welcome you to Jaguar Land Rover.
