In protecting those Regulatory Investigations play a critical role in dealing with investigations and cases of Whistle-blowing in an efficient and appropriate manner.

As an investigations Coordinator you acting as a key member of the team, supporting the Head of Regulatory Investigations and the team on administration matters and ensuring all cases are properly documented in line with corporate standards.

Duties will include, managing the case files ensuring there is a clear audit trail as well as supporting investigations lead on cases, be comfortable working with confidential information, taking notes, arranging meetings, as well as general office admin duties such as ordering items and liaising with our HR and IT service desks.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

As an Investigations coordinator you will need to possess prior coordinator experience, ideally within in an investigations team or similar sensitive business area. Have good communication skills and be organised.

If you have prior experience within a similar role in an engineering or manufacturing or purchasing sector this would be a major advantage.

A degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not essential.

Experience of IT forensic reviews and investigative work would be desirable but not essential.
