LOCATION: Gaydon/Whitley, West Midlands

WHAT TO EXPECT

Using state-of-the-art facilities, you’ll provide the power behind our vehicles working in our Powertrain Engineering team. You'll find the ideal balance between performance and sustainability while responding to the environmental issues that shape our industry.

As a Hybrid System Integration Engineer, you'll be part of the Electrified Propulsion Systems, Calibration and Controls team within Powertrain. You'll be responsible for leading the integration of the propulsion system, in particular the control system, into any relevant test properties across several exciting programmes and technologies.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Coming to this role, you’ll be likely to have led the resolution of technical and process issues within a project team environment. You’ll possess experience of prototype vehicle or rig design, delivery and maintenance, including diagnostics and issue identification and resolution. As well as demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll be self-motivated and have strong personal management capabilities including influencing and engagement talents.
