WHAT TO EXPECT

Using state-of-the-art facilities, you’ll provide the power behind our vehicles as you work in our Powertrain Engineering team. You’ll find the ideal balance between performance and sustainability, while responding to the environmental issues that shape our industry.

The Integration Engineer is responsible for ensuring robust delivery of the Base Engine. We will expect you to be responsible for meeting all defined technical and commercial targets around function, cost, quality and time, and for the execution of module related deliverables.

You’ll coordinate project specific activities to ensure reliable delivery of the module targets on behalf of the Centre of Competence. Along with this you’ll manage project specific resources and engineers to ensure programme specific targets for function, quality, cost and time are compatible across the module. Finally, you’ll lead project delivery across the Module functions and ensure transparent communication and escalation through the Architecture Module Team as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll need a strong Project Management background with excellent execution skills and the ability to multi-task. We’ll expect you to be comfortable with challenging decisions and have strong influencing and engagement skills. Being able to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style will be essential. A passion for the automotive industry is a must, and you should have experience in whole engine builds across multiple engine configurations.
