WHAT TO EXPECT

 

With your expertise within electrical maintenance & building services, you’ll bring a wealth of experience to our Site Services team at our flagship Jaguar manufacturing plant in Castle Bromwich.

Our Site Services team are responsible for the non-production related equipment at the plant, and within your role you’ll be based across the whole site to undertake electrical preventative maintenance tasks, e-Tracker job requests, installations & respond to any breakdowns.

 

Within your role you’ll be working closely with our Production & Maintenance teams, our Engineers and our Associates to ensure the site is in safe working order at all times.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

You’ll need to have completed a time-served Advanced or Indentured apprenticeship within an engineering/electrical or maintenance capacity, and you’ll be able to show evidence of this along with your related NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

 

You’ll ideally be multi-skilled, and have the ability to work with hydraulically & mechanically based equipment. Having some working experience with plant security equipment would also be highly advantageous.

 

You must have a full clean UK Driving License, be prepared to work at various Jaguar Land Rover sites on secondment and have a flexible approach to working overtime and shifts, if the business requires. You’ll have the ability of implementing change and coordinating large groups of people through complex processes in a fast paced and demanding environment.

 

You’ll be highly motivated, have excellent quality awareness with the drive and enthusiasm to deliver a world class product.
