WHAT TO EXPECT
Part of Commercial and with a global revenue of circa £1.5 billion, Aftermarket Parts Supply Chain makes a substantial contribution to company profits. Responsible for the strategic planning, release, pricing, revenue generation and supply of service parts and accessories for the global Land Rover Jaguar sales network, it’s crucial to achieving availability, serviceability, costs of ownership and customer retention.
Our Parts 2020 Programme is on an exciting transformation journey to scale both our Business and IT operations for the expected future growth. We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team, with subject matter expertise in Supply Chain management as well as having a broader appreciation of project management principles.
You’ll be part of the team responsible for implementing and deploying our new SAP SPM system solution in accordance with our Global roll out programme including training of the new system solution to all end users, and providing early life support. You’ll establish positive working relationships across multiple teams to ensure a collaborative approach in achieving the desired improvements.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Results-driven, you demonstrate the tenacity, drive, and perseverance to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment. As a good communicator, you’ll know how to communicate complex ideas in business terms across all levels. You’ll also be an effective team player; active in developing and supporting other team members.
You’ll combine these talents with significant experience in the delivery of Aftermarket Supply Chain and Inventory Management processes together with experience and knowledge of SAP.
Strong IT skills and the ability to manage, analyse, and interpret data for reporting purposes are essential. Drawing on your familiarity with administrative processes and systems of work, you’ll work accurately and with close attention to detail.
