WHAT TO EXPECT

Your ideas and solutions will not just help manage operations – they will transform the business.
As Manufacturing IT Business Analyst, you’ll work with our Manufacturing and IT teams as a capability specialist to define and support the launch of projects and deliver strategic goals.
Your key focus will be providing specialist product knowledge and analysis services, to enable us to understand the capability needs of our global production plants. Your input here will also help provide roadmaps and solutions for our current and future systems.
You’ll be responsible for presentations to IT and Manufacturing leaders, to assist with alignment and understanding of our architecture. You’ll also align requirements to Manufacturing objectives, working on detailed cost estimates, providing technical solutions and approvals, and helping to plan and initiate product enhancements across a variety of plants.
Working in a combination of agile and waterfall methodologies, you’ll facilitate projects and govern activity through to delivery. You’ll have oversight for all levels of requirements gathering, process mapping, change management, quality assurance, implementation, and establishing Business as Usual support tasks with our service providers.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You’ll need business analysis experience in an area such as Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain. Broad experience in business, or application analysis and design will be essential - as well as proven technical, analytical and change management skills. You’ll have managed complex priorities and changing deadlines driven by business needs, using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver.
Ideally, you will have specialist knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems and various different plant floor systems, as well as facility monitoring and reporting systems. Excellent vendor management skills will also be key to this role.
