WHAT TO EXPECT

You’ll undertake a modern apprenticeship under Trailblazer standards. This exciting programme will develop your practical skills and cultivate the knowledge you need for your role. This is all achieved whilst developing your behaviours, as we are not just interested in what you accomplish, but the manner in which you do it.

Together with invaluable commercial and practical experience, you’ll gain a number of academic and vocational qualifications throughout your time with us, which are fully paid for by us, including:

Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Foundation Competence)

Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (route specific)

Level 3 Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Knowledge)

Expect to achieve a BTEC Level 3 Diploma, NVQs relevant to your specific job and top class on-the-job training that will support and focus you on becoming highly competent to deliver in the role.
