Global Technology’s Adopting Cloud Program defines and implements JPMorgan Chase’s enterprise cloud strategy.  This strategy enables a shift from specialized, dedicated infrastructure to elastic, self-provisioned public and private cloud infrastructure.  As the program has developed, there is now a need to buildout a new teamin Cloud Servicesto focus on Cloud Migration & Automationfor Global Technology. The Cloud Migration & Automation group will work with wider Global Technology teams to drive automation of migration processes, including self-service cloud on-boarding and PTx (Permit To …) processes

As UX Architect forthe Cloud Migration & Automation team in the Cloud Services org, you'll play a big part in re-designing and automation the onboarding experience for technologists in Global Technology; to enable the firm to get the best from Cloud adoption program. 

You will beresponsible for delivering all aspects of a user experience - the overall flow and layout of various applications, any fields and information presented, all interactions as well as any required data visualizations. You'll help solve workflow problems, design new ways of presenting & interacting with data, and above all figuring out what the user needs in a solution.

Candidates will have experience delivering the UX for desktop and/or mobile applications for complex transactional based system and may describe themselves as an Experience Architect, Interaction Designer or User Researcher. Ideally, they are a part-interaction designer, part-information architect, part-usability expert, part-business analyst all blended together.

 The key responsibilities include:

·  Design new and support on-going functional solutions for the various systems for the automation of Cloud Onboarding and Migration processes
·  Lead the creation of robust design documentation to communicate the product interaction, navigation, and organization
·  Contribute to individual projects designing experiences for transactional based systems and data analytics driven experiences.
·  Work with the UX Practice to create and extend interaction pattern libraries in support of internal brand and cross-platform experiences

Education and experience:

·  Experience in leading the design of user experiences for digital products and services from product and/or business model definition through development and launch.
·  Track record of translating client business problems and requirements into compelling UI
·  Skills in planning and moderating innovation-fuelling upfront research, and usability tests within complex environments
·  Specific methodologies for collaborating, problem solving and planning with a cross-disciplinary team, including experience in agile processes, lean UX and rapid prototyping.
·  Experience with Adobe Creative Suite products, OmniGraffle, and/or other wireframing tools.
·  Experience and/or working knowledge of Web analytics software packages (WebTrends, Omniture, Google Analytics)
·  Technical understanding of Internet related technologies: database structuring and content management and knowledge management software
·  Experience with usability testing software (Techsmith's Morae).
·  Working knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS)
·  An understanding of front-end frameworks (JQuery, Angular, nodeJS, WebSockets)
·  An understanding of service oriented architecture (Web services, API, XML)
