Technical Implementation Project Manager

Job description

This is a client facing role where you will interact with a client's technical resources. We support new and existing clients with technical implementations related to commercial card programs. Consult with clients to understand technical needs and provide solution for those needs. Candidate must be able to write business requirements and technical requirements. Perform user acceptance testing, Work with technical business partners to ensure they understand client requirements. Ensure all approvals, sign-offs and client documentation is obtained. Candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent client facing skills are essential. Candidate should be familiar with commercial card industry and various ERP systems. Provide consultation to internal business partners. Candidate should be adept at communicating with technical and non-technical resources. Infrequent travel may be required.
