Global Liquidity & Account Shared Services (GLASS) team are undertaking a significant multi-year Transformation. The objective is to improve Stability, Drive Cost Reduction, Improve the Client Experience and Drive Revenue Growth.
The GLASS team is a key function within CIB Banking Technology, responsible for wholesale cash accounts globally (Demand Deposit Accounting), Global Liquidity & associated Middleware and reporting systems. The teams are based in Bournemouth, Tampa, Tri-State New York, Singapore, Mumbai and Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:
 
·  The role that will encompass analysis, project management (in an Agile context), and support of programme wide activities such as test and release management
·  Support the GLASS Data and Client Program Manager/Product Owner with Program level activities – governance, communications, backlog refinement, prioritisation, Scrum of Scrum, Agile ceremonies.and practices
·  Project manage discrete project components of the GLASS Data program, supporting the Program Manager
·  Demand & roadmap planning and estimation, working closely with the Program Manager, Product and the Technical delivery teams
·  Key inputs to Program Governance with our Product Sponsors, PMO and key Stakeholders
·  Close partnership and coordination & tracking of dependencies and cross-impacts throughout the lifecycle delivery
·  Maintain the underlying program documentation portfolio – actively managing and optimising the documentation, reporting and tracking of workstreams, risks and issues
·  Health & Status reporting (verbal and written) and escalation of risk/issues, tracking of finances
·  Coordination point for Technology/business UAT teams
·  Rollout of requirements management, governance, communications
·  Working with Tech and UAT, review test scenarios and cases; identify opportunities to automate and increase testing coverage prior to UAT
·  Validation and definition of data requirements
·  Escalation and management of issues
·  Deputise for Program Manager for short periods of time when out of the office

 
 

·  Business Analysis background beneficial
·  Working knowledge of JIRA, sharepoint, confluence, Excel
·  Demonstrated Project Management or Release Management background
·  Test Governance & reporting
·  Ability to define and implement structured methodologies
·  Confident communicator, ability to adapt message to different audiences
·  Ability to develop effective relationships, and reach across the firm when needed
·  Detail orientated
·  Resilience and determination
·  Energetic, self-starting, curious, reliable, committed and hunger to learn
