Beginning March 2019, JP Morgan will be running a 14-week Re Entry Technology Program which offers the opportunity for Technologists who have been on a career break, to return to work in a salary paid internship with the potential of a permanent role as a result of the program.

This program will give you the support, mentoring and resources required to assist you in resuming your career in Technology. Upon joining, you will be enrolled into a tailored coding refresher course to help rebuild your skills as a Software Engineer. You will have the opportunity to interact with the firm’s leaders and be part of a community of peers going through a similar transition which will consist of ongoing training, mentoring sessions, mentoring buddies and networking opportunities.

The Bournemouth campus has an excellent record of delivering outstanding training & development to its employees within both the beginning of their careers with J.P. Morgan and consistently throughout their duration of employment with us. We offer intensive training courses for Software Engineers in all the latest versions of Programming and upcoming Technologies and regularly participate in Hackathons and Code Clubs with the wider Software Engineering community of the Hub. In addition to providing ongoing support and extra-curricular activities for our passionate Engineers we do also have support groups that you can get involved with, for instance our Women’s Interactive Network which provides a forum for women to collaborate and grow as professionals and Working Families provides a community feel and support employee’s in both their work and family life.
