Job Description
 
The Global Technology Strategic Programs team is responsible for advancing GT transformation strategy through management of GT strategic programs portfolio, continuous calibration againstchanging priorities and matching demand for transformation with the capacity of the organisation.

The Program Coordination support will enable the execution of the approach and direction for the Planning and Initiation function within the Global Technology strategic program office. Coordination support will be responsible for creating and maintaining key artefacts and coordinating insight from testing, architecture and controls functions that will aide decision making thereby supporting successful delivery of the strategy.

Key Responsibilities
·  Data collection, assimilation and presentation across workstreams that allows analysis leading to the formulation of a consistent scalable roadmap
·  Collate the governance and control mechanisms in place, delivery structures, operating models, capacity, and cross CTO impact of key risks and dependencies
·  Present thematic risks and issues across streams, aiding in socialising innovative best practices identified and implemented through the life cycle of the program
·  Track progress against agreed delivery steps to ensure alignment to Global Technology and LOB strategy
·  Significant milestone monitoring and reporting, providing consolidated and value-add metrics
·  Support communication and relationships between inter-connected stakeholders
·  Partner with and influence a wide range of key stakeholders and quickly win the trust of groups across the portfolio
·  Provision of coaching and support to more junior members of the team
Business Knowledge
 
·  Understand risk and control compliance across departmental and firm wide standards, Global Technology standards for financial control and budget management and has operated within a client centric environment for both teams and contributors
·  Steeped in the J.P. Morgan values with a meticulous attention to detail. An effective challenger on matters of service standards, integrity and How We Do Business

Skills required
 
·  Metrics manipulation, Data Synthesis and business analysis experience desirable
·  Experience of technology and project management office within global financial institutions
·  Experience in working with teams across multiple regions and countries, enabling a ‘one team’ culture and a positive working environment, respecting the cultures and capabilities across locations
·  Experience in stakeholder management, partnership and program governance
·  Excellent problem solving skills, ability to quickly broker solutions and resolve conflict situations
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications  
·  Bachelor’s degree required
·  Program Management Office experience desirable
