Data Management is a discipline that is becoming increasingly important in J.P. Morgan Chase. The CCB Data Management team supports the key processes, products and functionality for all data management activities. The team is building a Data Management Portal to support key functions. This resource is responsible for the product vision and delivery execution of the Registration process within the Portal, reporting to a Business Product Owner. S/he works closely with other Product Owners, Business Analysts, End Users, Developers, QA, and Technology Developers to deliver the user-centric online experience.

The Portal Registration Product Manager will work to define business processes and requirements and translate them into user stories that provide the customer with a consistent and easy-to-use experience. Registration is a critical aspect to managing, controlling, and governing our data and maintaining accuracy and quality. The product functionality will be developed using the Agile Scrum methodology. This role will act as the Product Owner or Product Owner Proxy. Therefore, accountable for making sure that the project achieves its goals.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

· Interfacing with end user community to understand the business need

· Writing user stories and participating in user story refinement

· Assisting with feature prioritization

· Assisting the Executive Product Manager to define the Product Roadmap

· Assisting the Executive Product Manager to create the Product vision

· Providing metrics and status updates

· Participating in agile team ceremonies and meetings

· Working with UAT testing team to create scripts, test, and manage defects

· Working with the training team to produce and deliver training materials

Desired profile

Minimum Experience:

·  Minimum 3-5 years in Business Analyst role, with additional experience in one or more of the following a plus: Project Management, Operations Management, Technology Management, or Product Management
·  Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Data Management
Skills:
·  Agile Methodology experience required
·  Proven track record of successful Product Management required
·  Strong execution skills
·  Highly Collaborative, can build rapport and credibility quickly with all levels of the organization
·  Proven ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders across functions
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills
·  Capable of navigating in dynamic and complex organization environment
·  Understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
·  Ability to cultivate and lead cross functional relationships to maximize product value
·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
