The Wholesale Credit Analytics and Solutions team (WCAS) is developing a strategic platform to aid development of Credit Risk Models including BASEL, CCAR forecasting, Loan Loss Reserves, Economic Credit Capital and ratings and also to provide strategic insights into portfolio performance and analytics. The platform will host all credit modelling data inclusive of all reference data, financial data, legal agreements and other external data.

The team is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to help with defining the business requirements for identification, onboarding and transformation of data sets from various internal and external sources. The business requirements will also cover user interaction, data quality, analytics, reporting and reconciliation.

This position will focus on the following responsibilities:

· Explore various data sources required for building authoritative and centralized wholesale credit risk model data.

· Define Business Requirement Document and business rules to on-board and develop transformation rules in strategic platform.

· Perform extensive data analysis to get insights of data and liaise with technology partners to design data model, staging areas, ETL and transformation implementation..

· Define centralized control reference data to be applied consistently across all credit risk models.

· Define rules and requirement for developing a time-series and panel view of data to build statistical models for credit risk

· Define requirement and analysis for creating analytics dashboard and data visualization

· Build wireframes and mock screens to develop user interface tool for data manipulations and workflow management.

· Perform UAT and post production testing.

Desired profile

· 1-3 years of experience

· Business analysis and project management. Ability to produce clear, well-articulated documentation is essential.

· Critical thinking, ability to understand the problem, to come up with the solution/options, to document and to present to various audiences.

· Extensive Data Management and Analysis experience.

· Experience on projects involving business intelligence, data integration, data warehousing and data conversion processes, techniques and / or tools

· Experience with source system data analysis and solid understanding of various data and file structures

· Understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques

· Data analysis, understanding of concepts and significant experience working with relational databases, SQL, and BI tools.

· Knowledge and experience with traditional credit products, their processing and related reference are required.

· Applicants must be motivated and detail oriented with a strong delivery focus.

· Applicants must be willing to iteratively search for the correct solutions (independently if needed).

· Good interpersonal skills needed for working in a team environment across departments
