The Corporate Finance & Risk Management Planning & Analysis group is responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of financial results for the Corporate Finance and Risk Management organization . The Planning and Analysis team also partners with the functional CFO's and CRO's (Chief Risk Officers) to drive efficiencies across the organization, provide actionable strategic recommendations, and guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Candidate's Responsibilities:

· Partner with Finance and Risk Business Managers to analyze monthly financial results, review key performance business metrics and drivers, and forecast future month spend
· Assist with the development of the annual budget for direct expenses and allocations
· Consolidation and reporting of Firmwide Finance and Risk Management financials
· Collaboration across team on projects focused on automation and increasing operating efficiency
· Assist with Executive Management presentations for the Chief Financial Officer of Corporate Finance & Risk, and Operating Committee
· Partner with the offshore finance team in Mumbai to increase operating leverage (i.e., provide direction on the production of monthly financials, etc. )

Desired profile

·  Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or comparable discipline preferred
·  Strong capability in Excel and PowerPoint (i.e. use of pivot tables, macros, arrays, etc.)
·  Knowledge of financial systems preferred (Essbase, SAP, Business Object Reporting, etc.)
·  Communications skills - Strong oral and written skills; Ability to articulate thoughts, ideas clearly and succinctly
·  Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines
·  Creative self-starter that is able to work independently and is also a strong team player
·  Proven Client/Relationship management experience; strong interpersonal and influencing skills
·  3-5 years of related work experience, financial service industry preferred
