Quality Assurance Specialist II

The Quality Assurance Specialist II is an integral part of Wholesale Loan Operations regulatory controls environment. On a daily basis the Quality Assurance Specialist II will be analyzing various legal documents and internal systems for accuracy and completeness.

Experience/skills:
· 1 – 3 years of experience interpreting legal, loan, or compliance documentation
· Strong analytical skills, including the ability to probe sensitive issues while maintaining the highest level of integrity and objectivity
· Ability to effectively communicate complex, sometimes technical, information in a clear concise manner.
· Ability to organize and prioritize work, and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a metrics driven environment
· Ability to flex priorities quickly while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy in work products.
· Demonstrate the ability to function in a joint, cooperative manner; share information with co-workers and peers and support department and team plans, programs, and policies
· Support a teamwork/team spirit environment and present a professional attitude/image within department and in all company interactions
· Intermediate knowledge of MS products
· Quality Control experience is a plus
· Previous Banking experience is a plus
· DTS, LIQ, ARC, VLS, RLOTS, ACBS, Ivault, and/or DealWorks experience is a plus
· Sworn Documents experience is a plus

Desired profile

Education:
·  Bachelors degree, + 2-3 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience that would demonstrate the capability to perform the duties of the position
