The Data and Doc Prep Processor will have the following job responsibilities:

· Researches and responds to internal inquiries for prompt customer resolution.
· Understand and adhere to Bank policies and procedures.
· Perform data entry for incoming loan packages into CLW tracking system.
· Prepare physical loan documents for scanning and imaging.
· Operate high speed Kodak paper scanner.
· Ensure collateral lien perfection.
· Process incoming checks (payoff's and payments) for all lines of business.
· Conduct internal inventory and audits on all boxes to be shipped to Iron Mountain off-site storage facility.
· Handle warehouse retention processing for loan files; including boxing files and moving/lifting retention boxes up to 25 lbs.
· Receive and sort all incoming loan packages by line of business.

Desired profile

·  1-2 years of prior loan operations experience in banking or financial services industry.
·  Excellent attention to detail.
·  Customer Service Oriented – Candidates are comfortable communicating with internal/external clients on the phone and via email; possess a desire to own and resolve issues.
·  Ability to partner effectively and foster a positive work environment.
·  Strong time management, organizational, planning and follow-up skills; ability to multi-task effectively.
·  Ability to work in a fast paced, highly productive environment.
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Intermediate in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office.
·  Knowledge of legal documents.
·  Ability to work OT as required.
