Job Description:
The successful candidate will report to the Global BAU Cross Border Program manager and help facilitate the delivery of the end to end requirements for the CIB Cross Border program. The CIB Cross Border Program is responsible for developing formal and consistent Cross Border processes and controls across the CIB and CB businesses related to the Banks international activities. These processes need to ensure that activities are consistent with global requirements and minimum corporate standards, and in compliance with local law, rules and regulations. This is a Firmwide initiative which has a Wholesale component that entails establishing a Global Cross Border framework which includes a library of country specific rules, control processes, monitoring processes and technology solutions designed to identify and mitigate Cross Border risk in the distribution of products and services. These procedures will ensure that activities are consistent with global requirements and in compliance with local laws, rules and regulations

 Key Responsibilities:
Support the BAU Global Program manager with the delivery of:

·  Daily, weekly and monthly Cross Border Interaction reporting
·  Creation of monthly MIS and Governance material
·  Manage monthly Cross Border Activity monitoring to completion and escalate where applicable
·  Maintain SharePoint site including evidence and scorecards for work streams
·  Drive progress through effective escalation of issues and concerns
·  Support Work stream leads on ad hoc requests
·  Provide clear and concise guidance to key stakeholders
  Key Skills/Qualifications:
·  Strong communication and organizational skills
·  Strong decision making with competent reasoning
·  Good current working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel 
·  Ability to collate data and MIS efficiently and document appropriately
·  Basic understanding of risk and control environment
·  Ability to integrate data and resolve problems
·  Strong attention to detail
·  Ability to “Blue Sky” think and challenge existing processes
