Department Description :

J P Morgan Bank Luxembourg S.A. is currently looking to recruit Transfer Agent Specialists for our Agent Servicing Team. The team acts as the European hub providing a full range of services for trailer fees to asset managers for their funds based in Ireland and Luxembourg. Trailer fees related functions involve but are not limited to distributor set-up, calculation, payment, reporting, cash investigation and query management.

Key Responsibilities :

The core activities cover:
· Commission fee processing, payment, reconciliation follow-up and reporting
· Set-up and maintenance of fund distributor financial terms.
· Trailer fee accruals: calculation, reporting, payment preparation and control.
· Management of the asset manager or fund queries per service level agreement.
· Escalation to manager in case of operational issues and potential risks.
· Mitigate financial/reputational risk by ensuring appropriate controls and procedures are adhered to in compliance with regulatory requirements or company policies.

Desired profile

Qualifications Profile:
·  Post-secondary education with an economical background/finance or equivalent experience.
·  Experience with Trailer Fee processing is an asset, Transfer Agency experience is a must
·  Fluency in English with any other European language skills being an advantage.
·  Customer Orientated.
·  Flexible and Collaborative.
·  Organized with focus on quality.
·  Attention to details and strong analytical skills.
·  Bright, enthusiastic, motivated individual who is a team player.
·  Ability to work independently and proactively.
·  Ability to adapt to a fast changing, challenging environment.
·  Be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power-Point).
