Department Description

The ACCE Change Management Team provides project support to middle office, client service, as well as broader Investor Services teams. These teams provide a consolidated service offering to clients centrally cleared Futures and Options and OTC Derivative business.

Key objectives of the teams is to provide an exceptional level of service and offer innovative solutions to clients. This will include the option of receiving single consolidated reports/statements, a single funding point for settlement activity in order to reduce the number of obligations a client must fund and operationally support, and a single point of contact. The team will primarily support buy-side clients (Hedge Funds, Investment Advisors/Asset Managers) and will develop partnerships internally with various Marketers/Salespeople, individuals in Prime Brokerage, Credit Executives, Middle Offices, and Line of Business Operations Teams.

ACCE Client Platform project team is responsible for maintaining client portals and reporting for internal and external clients. This includes utilizing internal tools for workflow management and system metrics. The role requires partnership with other product areas in order to deliver a seamless multi-asset class solution to our clients.

Role Description:

As project manager, you will support the various operations teams with a focus on the strategic system enhancements to support the standard operations processes and increase straight through processing of data. Project work typically has a substantial impact on the corporation/LOB and is geared towards improved client service, revenue enhancement, cost reduction, risk mitigation, process improvement or other priorities as defined by management. Ad hoc requests in addition to scheduled activities are likely.

Key Responsibilities:

· Managing change agenda and related projects for Operations including providing status on the project readiness.
· Project lifecycle management for the implementation of changes required to Account Maintenance System(AMS) and other client platform tools
· Act as coordinator between technology, the business and the operations teams to meet project objectives, ensuring they are communicated and executed properly.
· Coordinate testing of new applications and processes, which may include creating test plans/scripts, supporting or conducting test execution, researching the cause of failing test scripts, reporting defects to technology for issue resolution and coordinating business retest.
· Partner closely to manage business/client project deliverable expectations.
· Participate in and potentially lead progress status meetings at the operational and project level.
· Provide continuous feedback on project status, offering constructive options to ensure project tracks to original expectations.
· Provide documentation for policies and procedures.
· Assistance with yearly budgeting process.
· Weekend release work anticipated.

Desired profile

Required Skills and Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
·  Knowledge of overall Investor Services is preferred however, Futures & Options and OTC Cleared Derivatives is a priority
·  Understanding of reference data is highly preferred
·  Excellent leadership, interpersonal, & relationship management skills
·  Ability to synthesize information to reach logical conclusions; manage projects, evaluate & improve processes & present findings
·  Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
·  Demonstrated quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
·  Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Access
·  High degree of initiative, self direction, and ability to work independently as well within a team
·  2-5 years project management or business analysis experience
·  Strong problem solving abilities
·  Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
·  Strong presentations and relationship management skills
