Our Business

Wholesale Client Onboarding (WCOB) is a global initiative in JP Morgan that spans the Investment Bank, Global Corporate Bank, Treasury and Securities Services. The objective is to implement a standardized and consistent client onboarding service across the wholesale bank in order to deliver world class client experience. The role of Business Analyst has been created to support the strategic workstream responsible for delivering a new Client Due Diligence system reporting into the Lead Business Analyst.

As a Business Analyst on the Wholesale Client Onboarding - Client Due Diligence project, you will be responsible for ensuring that the project deliverables fulfill the business's agreed requirements.

This role will include:

· Gathering and documenting business level requirements (both functional and non-functional)
· Process modeling for as-is and to-be
· Work with stakeholders, subject matter experts, technology partners and others to understand the business needs
· Validation of technical deliverables to meet those business requirements
· Liaison between the lines of business and the development teams
· You will be expected to combine knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built and used to create functional designs across applications
· You will be expected to become a subject matter expert in the field of KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and the WCOB's system CDD (Customer Due Diligence)
· Providing demos of the existing and new functionality of the CDD system

Desired profile

Essential

·  Experience of business level requirements gathering and creation of requirements documentation
·  Knowledge of KYC and Due Diligence Compliance frameworks
·  Experience working on Client On-boarding and Due Diligence projects within a top tier Financial Institution
·  Working knowledge of process flow creations and MS Office tools
·  Experience on global / multi-site projects including facilitation of workshops with remote participants and rationalization of regional requirements
·  Software Development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

·  Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation, presentation and production of documentation appropriate to an audience
