The Veterans Training Program Manager dual reports to Veterans Sr. Training Program Management Lead and Shared Service Training Operations lead . The primary responsibility of this position to support the coordination and implementation of Veterans training and development programs and solutions .

Core Responsibilities:
· Partner closely with the Program Managers to support the successful implementation of training programs
· Responsible for key logistics, such as venue coordination, updating online learning management system, deploying training communications.
· Support the vendor management process , including the creation of Purchase orders, and invoice/payment processing.
· Corresponds with participants regarding enrollment and program logistics
· Partner with program manager to update budget tracker.
· Support training metrics reporting process, including program-specific and ad-hoc reporting.
· Support the implementation of special projects as they arise (e.g. LMS)
· Partner with the extended Shared Services Training Operations team to leverage and contribute to the broader framework and work effort.
