Job description

As a Business Systems Analyst on the Process Automation and Systems Support Team, this individual will be responsible for delivering expertise in project management, design, configuration, implementation and maintenance of automated workflows to our clients to help them strengthen controls and improve productivity. The individual will be expected to provide lean system and business process analysis to deliver efficient and automated workflow solutions to our clients while being responsible for: interacting with clients to gather and document requirements, create business processes, functional and technical specifications and test plans; completing business configuration, as well as identifying issues and communicating resolutions to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
· Ability to work independently to deliver efficient workflow solutions to clients, whether using Agile or Waterfall methodology
· Partner with business end users/stakeholders to understand / document goals, scope, and business objectives, current functionality and process, and needs
· Provide production support to the existing tool user base
· Collaborate and coordinate between vendor and IT for resolving complex application issues
· Issue triage / management for highly visible and complex issues
· Identify risks, establish contingencies for potential or real issues, and be able to articulate well-defined solution proposals that have direct impact on business initiatives
· Leads coordination of cross functional teams across multiple disciplines to assure compliance with objectives on high complexity initiatives
· Analyzes existing processes and makes recommendations on improvements and solutions Build, maintain and troubleshoot SharePoint v2013 and InfoPath

Desired profile

·  Bachelor's degree and minimum 5-7 years analytical, project management, process management, or problem management
·  Demonstrated experience with a marketing automation platform (Pega, Aprimo, Eloqua, Unica) for MRM or MCM processes
·  Strong project management and organizational skills
·  Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, Ability to drive & implement change
·  Effective in a fast-paced environment by utilizing time management and work prioritization skills
·  Capability to learn rapidly, and to structure problem solving approaches efficiently
·  Capability to make autonomous decisions regarding departmental goals and consults management for decisions that have broad impacts to their specific functional area
·  Knowledge of SQL, Java, Unix, and SharePoint a plus
·  Experience with the Adobe Marketing Cloud a plus
