Job description

As a Business Analyst in the RAD team, you will be responsible for reporting, user tool application development, and SAS programming to support Quality. Your daily activities includes but not limit to maintaining reporting tools and add-ins, generating reports and presentations, modifying and developing new tools and reporting to support the need of the business. The role will allow you to grow and support application add-ins and management reporting. Types of reporting may include: quality review, reconciliation reporting, process improvement, and regular business. This position provides the opportunity to grow in your working knowledge of VBA, SQL and SAS through various on-the-job training.

Specifically, you will

· Be accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of completion of responsible monthly or weekly reports.
· Collaborate with various level of Quality staff on change control management
· Be responsible for manage reporting changes: change identification, impact assessment, tracking, and implementation
· Create, modify, and maintain business reporting tools and excel add-ins using VBA
· Design VBA applications as necessary to support the business
· Monitor user tools to ensure Quality staff have access to evaluation data
· Support Users in Training, and issue resolution in tools
· Create procedure and training documents as needed
· Create. Modify, and monitor various Quality Share point Sites (access administration)
· Build complex Quality Assurance reports across multiple systems and businesses using SAS, VBA, and SQL
· Translate large data sets into meaningful reports using SQL and SAS

· Ability to concurrently working on multiple projects while having daily, weekly or monthly production responsibility

· Strong communication skills with ability to relate technical activities to non-technical audience

· Strong attention to details and all aspects of the projects

Technical qualification:

· VBA programming skills

· SQL query building skills

· SAS programming and analysis skills

· MS Office skills (Excel, Access, Power Point)

· Share Point: work flow creation, site administration
