Front Office Technology Business Analyst (FICC)

Job description

The successful candidate will be involved in the full development life cycle of analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment and support of the platform.

Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborating effectively within a multi- disciplinary team- UX designers, other analysts, software engineers, etc. Understanding and analyzing business processes, driving requirements definition and sign-off. Relevant business domain knowledge: FICC Product Knowledge (interest rate derivatives, FX and FX derivatives, credit derivatives, cash securities) and the understanding of electronic markets.
Must have:

Depth of understanding and knowledge of FICC products – doesn’t matter which.
Front-office technology experience (demonstrable experience of dealing with sales or trading users in working out and fine-tuning requirements)Demonstrable experience of breaking work down and specifying implementation level details and working directly with software engineers to get the job done.

All internal moves will normally take place on the same grade and same salary. Salaries are reviewed annually in February. Exceptions to the rule regarding transfer on current salary may include a move between geographic locations.
