Digital Analytics team is responsible for measuring the success of the digital offerings and identifying and prioritizing enhancements to the customer experience. The team is also on point to support ad hoc analytics for Digital Product, Customer Experience, executives, and cross bank line of business partners.

Digital Analytics team is seeking a Data Analyst. The resource will work on configuring analytics datasets that would assist in analyzing customer behavior across all digital channels – Web, Mobile & Others. Work as a member of a cross-functional team that supports various efforts to improve the customer's digital experience. Will be responsible for digging into various types of data, deep-dives to identify areas of friction and delivering actionable recommendations. It is imperative the resource brings the data to life through storytelling and data visualization. This role will report directly to the Behavioral Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

· Effectively develop custom dataset configurations, metrics and dimensions to address analysis questions within Adobe Insight to meet business objectives.
· Build and support custom datasets within Adobe Insight for ad-hoc analytics in a fast paced environment
· Partner closely with teams such as Product, transactional and feedback analysts and support/address their analytical needs.
· Support reporting and dash-boarding efforts that measure established KPIs pre and post digital enhancements.
· Drive the analytics data collection and measurement efforts by translating the lines-of-business requirements into reports and dashboards.
· Synthesize data into actionable recommendations and Communicate data findings through engaging stories that are easy to understand
· Develop and document data collection, implementation & reporting standards for any new development efforts/site functions.

Desired profile

· 1-3 years of experience working with online and mobile technologies

· 1-3 years experience with SAS/Greenplum, R, Web Analytics and/or other data mining tools

· 1-3 years experience in transforming qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations and KPIs

· Experience with Adobe Data Workbench (a.k.a Insight) preferred

· Any Tag Management tool experience is a plus

· An understanding of social media trends and changes in the digital products/services space.

· Proven critical thinker - Ability to understand all available information, synthesize, and communicate a proposed solution clearly and concisely.

· Excellent communication, work management, and collaboration capability.

· Strong understanding and interest in the data lifecycle from collection to consumptions to action.

· Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform at high standards with limited supervision
