Position Summary:
The Client Transition Group is the part of the JPMorgan Private Bank that is focused on servicing the banking and investment needs of clients who have non-target relationships within the Private Bank. The team's primary goals are: 1) identifying opportunities to refer target relationships to partners across the JPMorgan Private Bank, 2) transferring non-target relationships to the line of business who can best deliver the appropriate services to the client, and 3) risk management. In support of our various priorities and initiatives, the Project Specialist will be involved to target, track and summarize our progress. There will be ongoing tasks that will also need to be supported in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
· Partner with Advisors until transition is complete, including, but not limited to, risk management, monitoring asset transfer and handling ad-hoc queries
· Serve as a liaison between various stakeholders within our organization and our team, to ensure goals and expectations are met
· Providing proactive support for ongoing tasks, including: answering telephone calls, performing administrative functions, and assisting with Advisor support
· Excellent multitasking/prioritizing skills and ready to deliver under a challenging environment
· Develops, automates, maintains and operationally supports reporting solutions
· Ensure that deadlines are met for all deliverables and any required reporting to management
· Sharing of knowledge with other members of the team.
· Lead and develop agendas and presentation decks for status meetings with an ability to present at all levels of management

Desired profile

·  BS/BBA in Finance, Accounting or other Business degree; or equivalent work experience
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·  Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Project skills
·  Must be highly disciplined, a self-starter, and have the ability to execute on assignments independently
·  Able to work with others independently to understand business processes and tools
·  Strong organizational, analytical and technical skills with the ability to multi-task and drive projects to completion
·  Must be a creative problem solver
