General Responsibilities Support the Trust Officers in the administration of trust and corporate structures Detailed Responsibilities ·Assists the new business process by opening internal and external bank/investment accounts; and preparing HAM and mailing instructions ·Prepares and processes all required documentation, including account forms, Letters of Direction, minutes and resolutions, for all account openings/closures for existing structures ·Prepares all required documentation, including Letters of Direction, Powers of Attorney, resolutions and minutes, as required ·Prepares all documentation relating to investment activities, including Letters of Direction, resolutions, subscription documents and Form W-8 Ben ·Processes transactions for the structure, including distributions and credit facilities and ensures that all required trust directions and company resolutions are in place to support the activity ·Processes resolutions for company liquidations and transfers ·Prepares entries for Transaction log ·Researches accounting inquiries ·Assists with the preparation of fiduciary reviews and T&I Committee headsheets ·Ensures proper communication to accounting and fee billing regarding all account activities ·Updates trust and company information in Client Information System (CIS) ·Prepares resolutions and cover letters for financial statements ·Assists Trust Officer in preparation of client meetings ·Assists Trust Officer with special projects ·Prepares instructions for payment of 3 rd party invoices
Desired profile
