J.P. Morgan Private Bank Marketing is seeking a Traffic Manager to join our Creative Services team, an in-house agency responsible for the creation and production of branded content and multimedia assets. This role reports to the Studio Manager and will be responsible for overseeing and juggling multiple day-to-day priorities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet deadlines.

The Traffic Manager will coordinate daily studio activities and proactively lend assistance to make sure projects are moving forward. This role will develop and support processes to streamline creative development and production so that no details fall through the cracks.

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Intake and setup of project requests, including scheduling kickoff meetings, setting up job numbers and folders, creating schedules, developing user journeys and proactively updating partners about status of projects
· Manage team members, calendars and tasks—coordinating milestones and deadlines, assigning and prioritizing jobs and tasks, and keeping all staff on track
· Follow up with the Creative team on job progress and with partners for deadlines/necessary information
· Troubleshoot daily issues with creative and production; identify and communicate any issues to the Studio Manager
· Collaborate with and support Editors, Designers and Digital and Print Production
· Ensure creative is within digital and print specifications
· Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow

Desired profile

·  Bachelor's degree
·  3–5 years of experience in a traffic or project management, in an agency, creative services or related environment
·  Experience managing people; able to effectively manage the workloads of others based on their time, strengths and weaknesses
·  Well-organized, independent worker with keen attention to detail and follow-through on requests
·  Able to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities in a deadline-driven environment
·  Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills
·  Must be outgoing, proactive, friendly, and work well under pressure
·  An understanding of and a desire to improve processes
·  An ability to determine solutions for client issues and changes as they arise
·  Self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision to initiate and complete tasks
·  Able to deal professionally with members, clients, vendors and staff at all levels
·  Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience/familiarity with Content Management and Work Flow Systems
