Finance

A world-class business needs a world-class Finance function. Our Finance team ensures that Asset Management legal entities are well controlled and have financial integrity; their financial information helps to drive management decisions, and their infrastructure improvements keep pace with business developments.

A role in Finance could involve assisting with the production of monthly or quarterly management information, giving the business insight into revenues, expenses and profitability. You may find yourself processing legal entity bookings and ensuring adherence to controls around cash payments, as well as providing commentary around expense items and forecasting of both revenues and expenses.

The Europe finance function employs approximately 60 finance professionals based in London and Luxembourg. It is divided into a number of teams in order to provide control, reporting and insight.
Finance Profile

Our rotational finance analysts will cover six monthly rotations within the various teams over three years. Tasks will include financial reporting, legal entity control, management reporting of revenues, expenses and flows, activity based costing, project management and budgeting.
As a finance analyst you will be required to study for a recognised professional accounting qualification. A study package is available for the ACA, ACCA and CIMA qualifications including study leave and fee reimbursement. The exposure to a broad range of finance areas will form a sound basis for completing the practical experience elements of these qualifications and equip you to become a valuable member of the finance function.

An undergraduate degree is a pre-requisite. Candidates must be numerate, quick learners with the ability to understand complex concepts and communicate them in a clear manner. They would have a genuine interest in both the asset management industry and finance. They would be organised, good communicators, have the ability to work as part of a team and be committed to gaining an accounting qualification.

Language Requirements
