The Role

 

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Analyst /Associate to join the Asset Management Client Experience Team. Client Experience office works on multiple fronts to produce tangible, measureable improvements in the service we deliver to clients. The team works on multiple initiatives/projects across the firm, including role and responsibility clarification and enhancement, Voice of the Client programs and furthering client team technology solutions.  The successful candidate must be client centric and have excellent project management and communication skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

 

 

Responsibilities :

 

Specific duties include:

· 
Partner with various business groups, functional teams and technology teams to deliver optimal solutions

· 
Organize JPMC Client Experience Forum with partners from across firm

· 
Coordinate AM wide communication updates, Newsletters,  and social platforms (e.g., intranet and intraconnect)

· 
Organize monthly Client Experience Council meetings, agendas and materials

· 
Support internal team members with ad-hoc requests

· 
Contribute to the development and tracking of Metrics demonstrating the value of the overall initiative

· 
Drive end to end delivery of multiple projects with competing priorities

· 
Develop CX metrics dashboard and track metrics and measurement for all CX initiatives on an ongoing basis

Essential skills/ experience / knowledge:

 

· 
Understanding of the Asset Management industry and business

· 
Highly energetic, self-motivated and proactive 

· 
Good communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels within the organization

· 
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· 
Quick learner; proven ability to quickly learn the business, the application, and quickly adapt to ever changing priorities

· 
Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work

· 
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc).
