Our Business
Wealth Management Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank in JP Morgan's Asset and Wealth Management line of business. The Private Bank is the world's premier service provider for ultra and high net worth individuals. Our goal is to help these affluent individuals across the globe optimize their wealth, after taxes and across generations. Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors and other internal groups.

The Global Portfolio Implementation (GPI) team is a portfolio implementation team based in New York and Columbus that oversees daily management, monitoring, rebalancing and implementation of trading activity across client accounts. The team supports Separately Managed Accounts, Unified Managed Accounts and model delivery programs for J.P. Morgan Asset and Wealth Management. The objective of the team is to implement J.P. Morgan's best thinking across managed accounts, deliver consistent client experience across accounts, help to manage risk, and provide additional time for the front office to focus on client investment discussions and service.

Responsibilities
• Review single and dual contract third party new account paperwork from various Sponsor systems to ensure accuracy, detail and meeting specified guidelines.
• Set up new accounts in APL and JPMorgan's workflow platform.
• Review client holdings to ensure proper funding and perform daily account reconciliation prior to trading for initial investment.

• Build relationships and work closely with sponsor operations and internal sales team to open new accounts in a timely manner and to resolve issues that arise.
• Work on various projects that are requested by sales and or management.
• Document and implement procedures as needed
• Interact with various business partners to help build scale and efficiency

Desired profile

Qualifications
• Detail oriented, timely and responsive
• Back-office workflow systems experience
• Ability to multi task and communicate effectively
• Work both independently and within a team environment
• Proficient in Excel

Job Requirements
• 1-2 years Financial Services and or new accounts experience is preferred
• Securities APL and or other separate account wrap systems experience helpful

Education
• Undergraduate degree Preferred
