2019 ReEntry Program:  Corporate & Investment Bank – Finance

About the Program
The ReEntry program offers Vice Presidents (or equivalent) and above, who left the workforce to pursue other ventures, the support and resources needed to resume their careers. The ReEntry Program also provides you with opportunities for networking and mentorship
Beginning March 2019, this 14-week long program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after two or more years. You’ll update existing skills and build new ones, interact with the firm’s leaders and receive career coaching.

Global Finance & Business Management is organized to support the strategic and financial objectives of each business and ensure sound controls across the firm. Aligned with the firm’s structure, finance professionals typically work in either a Corporate function or one of our businesses: Asset & Wealth Management, Consumer & Community Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate & Investment Bank.

Financial analysis
Work directly with information to drive meaningful analysis, reports, and presentations for management, clients and investors.

Business management
Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to management; identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks and help drive key business initiatives forward.

Program management
Oversee firm-wide initiatives and define and implement frameworks for new programs and policies across Global Finance & Business Management.

Controller
Drive exceptional financial discipline to ensure sound business practices and accurate reporting that guide our business decisions.
Who we look for
Ideal candidates for the program are creative and innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning, and organizational skills.  Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner.  The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program.

The candidates’ background and interest will determine where they will be placedwithin the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) businesses. Individuals with previous experience relevant to the businesses noted above are encouraged to apply. CIB will consider candidates who have been involved in entrepreneurial, non-for-profit, part-time or consultancy efforts while on their career break.
