2019 ReEntry Program: Corporate & Investment Bank –Compliance
The ReEntry program offers Vice Presidents (or equivalent) and above, who left the workforce for 2 or more years to pursue other ventures, the support and resources needed to resume their careers. The ReEntry Program also provides you with opportunities for networking and mentorship
Beginning March 2019, this 14-week long program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after two or more years. You’ll update existing skills and build new ones, interact with the firm’s leaders and receive career coaching.
Corporate & Investment Bank

Compliance
Compliance operates the firmwide Global Compliance Program, which ensures compliance with the various rules and regulations and oversees compliance risk. Our compliance colleagues may support corporate functions or a particular line of business to support that respective business and region.
Compliance Advisory
Embeds into each line of business and region to provide businesses with advice on regulatory matters and control initiatives.
Compliance Practices
Designs and implements compliance practices across the globe, including Governance & Oversight (including Quality Assurance), Regulatory Management, Policies & Procedures, Training & Awareness, Monitoring & Testing, Issue Management and Risk Assessment & Reporting.
Corporate Compliance
Oversees various Compliance programs across the firm, including Global Financial Crimes Compliance Investigations (AML Investigations), Employee Compliance (firmwide policies such as Code of Conduct, Personal Account Dealing, Anti-Corruption and Licensing & Registrations), Privacy and Global Information Management, Trade Surveillance & Electronic Communications.

Ideal candidates for the program are creative and innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning, and organizational skills. Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner. The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program.
The candidates’ background and interest will determine where they will be placed within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) businesses. Individuals with previous experience relevant to the businesses noted above are encouraged to apply. CIB will consider candidates who have been involved in entrepreneurial, non-for-profit, part-time or consultancy efforts while on their career break.
