About the Program
The ReEntry program offers Vice Presidents (or equivalent) and above, who left the workforce for 2 or more years to pursue other ventures, the support and resources needed to resume their careers. The ReEntry Program also provides you with opportunities for networking and mentorship
Beginning March 2019, this 14-week long program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after two or more years. You’ll update existing skills and build new ones, interact with the firm’s leaders and receive career coaching.

Audit evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of the design of our controls processes. Reviews begin with understanding the business processes, continue with process flows and testing, and conclude with reports and presentations to management.
Audit is organized to mirror the firmwide organizational structure. Members of our Audit team are typically assigned to our individual businesses or corporate functions.
Asset Management, Commercial Banking, Consumer and Community Banking and the Corporate and Investment Bank.
Technology, Operations, Risk and more.
Who we look for
Ideal candidates for the program are creative and innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning, and organizational skills. Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner. The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program.
The candidates’ background and interest will determine where they will be placed within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) businesses. Individuals with previous experience relevant to the businesses noted above are encouraged to apply. CIB will consider candidates who have been involved in entrepreneurial, non-for-profit, part-time or consultancy efforts while on their career break.
