Responsibilities

What will you do as a Customer Service Agent (CSR)?

·  Be a hero for our customers by saving their day.
·  Provide a world-class customer service experience for our customers by answering questions & diffusing frustrations.
·  Build trust with our customers & provide quality results in an efficient manner.
·  Use your advanced technical knowledge to solve technical support for programming & equipment issues.
·  Answer a wide array of questions and provide education on complex issues, self-resolutions & offer value-added services.

Requirements

· 
You’re qualified if you have:

·  Customer service-related experience. Call center or service-related industries (telecommunications, retail, food service, or similar) are great foundations to be successful with us!
·  An aptitude for computers. Knowledge of Windows-based programs is a plus.
·  A positive attitude and demonstrate strong communication skills including the use of appropriate grammar and tone. Great communication is the key to our business at all levels!
·  The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
· 
Additionally you must:

·  Be able to multi-task and adapt to changing situations. We are problem solvers who rapidly respond to customers in a timely manner.
·  Commit to a PAID training schedule where we give you the tools you need to be successful. Training is Monday – Friday 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM for 6 weeks.
·  Be flexible to work all shifts as required by business needs including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Our hours of operation are currently 7AM to 12AM, Mon-Sat. Your full time work schedule post-training is likely to be 3:30PM to 12AM with 2 consecutive days off. You must be available these hours, ($1 hour shift differential may be available!)
·  Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Education Requirement

High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to regularly speak and sit for extended periods of time.  The employee will be required to occasionally stand and walk or otherwise traverse in order to be accessible to the production floor. The person in this position will be required to exert at up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull or otherwise move objects and may be required to carry or lift objects up to 10 lbs. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and/or documents; and/or viewing a computer terminal. The person in this position may need to occasionally bend, reach, kneel, or twist for minimal periods of time. Employees should not attempt to lift, pull or push a load in excess of 50 lbs. without assistance. Care should always be taken when lifting, pushing or pulling in an awkward position.
