Poste et missions:
- Lead key strategic projects and Provide Project Management support to cross-functional teams to ensure smooth planning and timely execution of activities for Ipsen Pharma VLCM
- Contribute to the financial analysis and valuation of key strategic country projects.
- Provide strategic planning and marketing strategy support to General Manager. Support the 5 Years Strategic Planning Process.
- Play a key role in bringing teams together and provides a comprehensive view of key strategic projects
- Set-up process & standards for important projects (launch plan, guidelines, best practices, monitoring tools, project management tools)
- Consolidate VLCM reporting, sales, monthly report, other relevant data
- Support the General Manager in business analysis for new product and other opportunities
- Competitive Intelligence et Update of current Database aiming at creating a dynamic mapping of current and future key players within defined therapeutic areas and their strategic moves.
PROJECT MANAGER (40%)
Monitor the smooth & timely execution of the cross-functional plan for strategic projects and new products launch
- Maintain project macro-planning and ensure communication, information flow and alignment within the project team
- Ensure project objectives, timelines and critical milestones are met by monitoring progress on all aspects of the plan
- Identify and assess potential bottlenecks, risks to critical milestones, inefficient processes and resource variance that may require cross-functional solutions or arbitration
- Be the spokesperson of the project, and report progress or issues to the General Manager
- Work in close collaboration with Heads of department, Marketers, Business Excellence and Global team
- Set up the local Launch Excellence process:
o Investigate, adapt and implement Launch Management tools & practices already available at Ipsen
o Set-up local standards, tools, processes and best practices for the launch of further new products
BUSINESS STRATEGY AND PLANNING (40%)
- To support the preparation of sales forecasts and resources allocation for Budget/Forecast/Strategic plan
- To support process improvement projects/tools upgrade/specific analysis
o Support in-depth local sales analysis forecast
o Establish statistical sales projection models
- Contribute to process by coordinating calendar and retro-planning for all related activities and coordinate the major output of processes (monitor submissions and deliverables).
- Provide analysis on transversal topics according to Strategy & Business Support needs.
- Provide support to opportunities' evaluation (commercial, strategic) through business cases.
- Challenge in a constructive way and help to set mitigation strategies and/or corrective actions if appropriate by organizing ad-hoc meetings or workshops to address specific topics
SUPPORT TO GENERAL MANAGER (20%):
- Create and maintain yearly calendar and secure follow up on action launched.
- Support VLCM General Manager in presentation, reporting, consolidation of data and cascading the info.
- Review existing processes to identify operational improvements and adapt according to the needs.
- Develop innovative business planning tools to better track implementation of key initiatives and ensure buy-in in local organizations through socialization and training.
- Develop and disseminate templates needed at country level for elaboration of business cases, support of business reviews.
- Maintain an access for local teams to all reference documents and templates through Sharepoint
- Communicate on new initiatives and country achievements.
- Be the relay of the GM to the Headquarter and local teams.
Profil:
Skills: Interpersonal skills, team player, accurate, keen to data excellence, agile and autonomous
Scholarship: Business School, Engineering School and/or Pharmaceutical.
Language: Fluent in English, Vietnamese or French as a plus
Tools: Mastering in Excel & Powerpoint
Experience: Consulting Firm, Brokers or Corporate Department within a pharmaceutical company is a plus
Mindset: Curious, positive, action driven and sharp mind
