We are looking for empathetic customer-centric individuals to join a dynamic inbound call center team based in Chiswick Business Park, West London.
Your role will be to manage inbound calls from the US military personnel and ensure cases are managed effectively.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a customer service role who is looking for long term career progression.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* Answering high volume of calls from current and former US military personnel and their families
* Assisting callers with their healthcare enquiries
* Documenting all calls within our Salesforce CRM system
* Researching relevant information for customers using all available resources
* Seeking and listening to customer feedback
* Confirming medical procedures eligibility in line with policy
* Coordinating authorisations for treatment by liaising with 3rd party global providers
* Booking and amending appointments
* Assisting with enrolment and claims

Desired profile

In order to be successful for this role, you should have the following:
·         Preferably educated to A-Levels or relevant work experience
·         Experience of working in a customer service role in a contact center or similar environment and managing 40 cases or more a day
·         Strong telephone and verbal communication skills
·         Active listening skills
·         Familiarity in the use of CRM systems
·         Customer focus and empathetic towards customers
·         Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
·         Good levels of organization and attention to detail
·         Ability to learn quickly and advanced IT literacy
·         Thrives under pressure
·         A team player

Additional information:

* Day shifts: 4 shifts of 07.00-17.30 or 10.30-21.00 ( rotating), Monday to Sunday including Bank Holidays(Totaling 37.5 hours per week)
* Night Shifts: 4 shifts per week Monday to Sunday including Bank Holidays 21:00-7:30 for 3 nights and 21:00- 07:00 for 1 night. ( Totaling 37,5 hours per week)
* Shift pattern: 1 month of Day shifts/ 1 month of Night shifts 
* £23,000 per annum
* £3,000 per annum night shift allowance 
* Based in Chiswick, West London
