Responsibilities:
Recruitment cum Marketing Support position from a recruitment company in Malaysia. This company provides one-stop recruitment and outsourcing services to their clients in Malaysia. This role is to support their marketing department and recruitment consultants.

Recruitment Support:
-Support recruitment postings and candidate management
-Manage interview scheduling
-Prepare documents
-Liaise with outsourced staff (if necessary)
-Ad-Hoc Tasks from other Recruitment Manager

Marketing Support:
-Acquire new clients
-Create email template
-Telemarketing activity
-Market research

What you will learn:

-Getting knowledge of how recruitment process works

Office Environment:
It is a fast-paced working environment. Since we need to accomplish tasks within a fixed period of time (on a monthly basis), we focus on efficiency.
