Our client company is a HR firm established in 1993. They currently have 8 regional offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Japan.
Their main business activity is to provide IT recruitment, Executive search and Staffing Services to our clients in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Whether it is Job Search, career planning for our candidates or performing talent acquisition activities for our clients, we pride ourselves to be one of the top agencies in providing efficient and cost effective recruitment solutions to our clients.


Responsibilities :

- Acquiring new clients (cold callings, PR etc)
- Acquiring new job orders
- Thinking up new web marketing strategies to increase traffic and customer enquirers
- Updating Social Medias (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
- Market research
- SEO activity
- Supporting recruitment activities
- Identify qualified resumes

Desired profile

- Bachelor degree in marketing, management, HR or related field
- Previous experience in sales, business development is preferred
- Strong Communication skills
- Proactiveness
- Fluency in English, another language is a plus
- A good team player
