Job description

Responsibilities:
Our client is located in Singapore, Southeast Asia. This role gives you an opportunity to learn how company expands to other markets for corporate branding.
-To assist in the company’s branding and corporate marketing activities, which include but are not limited to supporting branding initiatives, developing and producing marketing materials and website content.
-To assist in the digitizing process for the new Document Management System – SharePoint and ERP System – Globe3
-To streamline current manual processes by reviewing workflows and data exchange between individual departments and applications.
-To facilitate the development of folder structures and consolidation of access matrix for access management in Document Management System.
-Ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor

Office environment:
-Open Concept

Salary:
SGD $1000 per month
