Company:
Since 2001, our client provides “Mystery Shopping” service to their clients. They currently have 3 regional offices in New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia. Their service coverage is from conducting Mystery Shopping to analyzing the observation and provide solutions to their clients.
Mystery Shopping or also known as Secret shopping or Research Shopping, is a method where analysts pose as customer to observe the product’s or service quality. This process used by businesses to experience their own products/services from the customer’s perspective.

Responsibilities:
Project Management position from a Mystery Shopping provider in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our client company has experiences across several industries such as automotive, fashion, retail, finance and many more. This internship is to support their project manager in conducting Mystery Shopping.
They are the management of mystery shopping in Japan. They aim to achieve all the specified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide high-quality analytical data to customers within the specified time limit.
Recruiting of service inspector (a person who conducts a survey)

-Confirm the progress of the project and the status of the service inspector on a daily basis so that mystery shopping event will take place by the prescribed deadline
-Understand and improve existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
-Propose valuable opinions based on operational data and survey results to client team manager
-Contact client’s team manager about the progress and prospects of the project and find a powerful solution for problem-solving
