Key tasks

- Maintaining of websites to ensure content is up to date and relevant
- Maintaining of promotional opportunities through websites to ensure greatest possible digital exposure.
- Monitoring of guest reviews through website and social media channels
- identify digital marketing through third party websites and forward recommendations to Marketing Manager
- Keep within the Accor brand guidelins for all advertising and marketing
- Management and understanding of the Accor Brand Audit for Digital Marketing
-Organise meetings with professional people who are in a position to help publicise the hotel through Digital Marketing means
- Maintaining contact with all relevants departments of the hotel
- Maintaining a close working relationship with Accor Vietnam Marketing cluster
- Maintain relationships with key people pertaining to digital marketing within the hotel industry
