Creates, defines and develops system validation environment and test suites. Uses and applies emulation and platformlevel tools and techniques to ensure performance to spec. Responsible for the development of methodologies, execution of validation plans, and debug of failures. Requires broad understanding of multiple system areas and requires interfaces with Architecture, Design, and Presilicon Validation teams in improving postsilicon test content and providing feedback for future ondie debug features.

OTC is a leader in open source software with a mission to define and deliver product-quality open source software and technology innovation that unlocks the potential of Intel hardware and creates software business opportunities.Join open source RTOS project Zephyr https://www.zephyrproject.org as a QA engineer, your primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to-Closely work with global stakeholders on feature validation and bug resolution -Develop test plan, test methodology, test cases/automation with reasonable coverage and good quality-Document test specification and test instructions following QA process-Support test asset deployment in various usage scenarios, like QA cycle, continuous integration, Zephyr community, etc.-Facilitate test execution on component metrics, failure analysis, and bug reporting, bug follow-up, bug verification-Analyze and fill in test coverage gaps, like escaped bugs, skipped test points, etc.-Embrace open source development process and culture and become respectful contributor in Zephyr communityQualifications:Candidate must possess a Bachelor with 3 year experience or higher degree in Computer Science, Communications or Electronics.Must Have-Excellent programming skills with C language, shown in project experience-Excellent debugging skills on system or platform level software-Familiar with embedded development and debugging tools: cross compiler, cross debugger-Proved project experience on one of below components, either development or test development:-Linux OS or other RTOS-I/O device driver, USB-Networking physical layer, transmission layer, protocol layer-Security device security, transmission security or SDK toolchain-Excellent written and verbal communication in English -Self-motivated and excellent learning capability
