Intel Security seeks a Technical Support Engineer for Gateway Security Products. The ideal candidate demonstrates an aptitude and appetite for learning new technologies, evidenced by the ability to expand upon core knowledge. Drive customer success and satisfaction by solving the complex business challenges with Security- Centric Solutions. Provide a differentiated service experience with customer - relevant outcomes through integrated solutions and proactive support. Enable Customers to operate and realize outcomes for solutions by innovative solutions. Role Responsibilities: Engineer should be specialized in enterprise gateway security products like IPS/IDS, Web Proxy, SIEM, e-Mail security, Network DLP etc. Troubleshoot Security product issues of high complexity by quickly isolating and resolving issues. Act as a Single point of contact for each Customer reported Incident (manage, troubleshoot, resolutions)

Desired profile

Desired Skills: 3-7 year of experience in Network Security domain. Strong customer-focus and problem-solving attitude. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel. Strong understanding of TCP/ IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL. Knowledge on OS: Linux, Windows Server is mandatory. Knowledge on DB will be an added advantage. Working knowledge of handling network down situations - - this role will be handling S1/ S2 Service. Requests with limited supervision. Excellent verbal, written communication Strong documentation skills. Ready to work on 24/7 support center. Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CCSP, CEH, RHEL Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech, B.Sc/Diploma (Computer Science)
