Job Description
- Manage Intel Chengdu factory quality and reliability excursions, including leading team to define excursion window, contain affected materials and be responsible for material risk assessment and disposition with strong technical knowledge of assembly and test technology. Engage in root cause investigation, and relentlessly drive robust root cause fix solutions. - Engage in defining and executing new product/process introduction strategy, certification and execution plan, product health monitoring strategy and methodology. Setup reliability stress condition and environment to ensure product meet corporate quality and reliability goal.- Be gate keeper of factory product health in whole product life cycle, drive and lead for proactive excursion detection and response system. - Continuously strive for quality and reliability stress and monitoring methodology improvement with innovative solutions.- As BI TP owner in factory, responsible for debug on all BI related issue and new TP release.

Qualifications
- BS or MS degree of Electronics Engineering /Material Science/Mechanical engineering is preferred. - Proficient written and oral English - Demonstration of good leadership, communication skills. - Be able to deep dive into technical challenges, clear logic thinking and good at problem solving.- Ability to lead and work in a team environment- Coding experience is a plus
