We are looking for an exceptional Instructional Developer/Designer candidate to join Saffron Technology Group STG, a division within New Technology Group (NTG)!

As a member of the training team within Saffron, you will work to deliver world-class trainings for customer-facing products in an innovative, engaging, and dynamic way, using a variety of development tools. You will play a key role in designing and developing traditional classroom and hybrid trainings, informal learning programs, and online self-paced courses that can scale and contribute to continuous engagement and motivation of our customers. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that demands high quality, creativity, and consistency.

As an Instructional Designer, you will work closely with the Training Manager and other Subject Matter Experts SMEs within the team to bring cohesive learning and development experience to the customers and meet specific objectives and goals. You'll have the opportunity to produce visible results in challenging projects and be a part of establishing innovative training methodologies for Saffron Technology group.

Essential functions:

Collaborate and engage with Training Manager and SMEs to understand needs and translate them into learning and performance objectives to facilitate alignment on content direction, design, and details.

Apply best practices in adult learning to design, write, and build a range of high-quality learning experiences, with an emphasis on e-learning, video, and animations.

Apply instructional systems design and assessment models e.g., ADDIE, Dick and Carey, and Kirkpatrick models and methodologies to existing and new classroom, web-based, and self-paced training curricula.

Develop effective training material curriculum, visual aids, other supporting material for web-based and face-to-face trainings to ensure learning and goal attainment.

Assess effectiveness of trainings through measurable outcomes

Update and maintain existing content on an ongoing basis.

Help in modifying/changing existing content into new learning designs and paths.

Upload learning solutions into the learning management system LMS.

Identify and incorporate the most effective and innovative practices in learning delivery, seek out new learning solutions, and bring innovative ideas.

Desired profile

Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Instructional Systems Design or related field Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, etc3+ years of experience designing, developing and testing classroom and web-based contentHands-on experience with multiple authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Articulate Storyline, Breeze and Camtasia
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with instructional design models, assessment and evaluation models, adult learning theories, and motivational theories,
Experience with e-learning frameworks such as Adaptive Learning, ADDIE, or other learning development approachesExperience in writing scripts for video, editing video, and creative designExperience designing and developing training materials technical and soft skills training for classroom and online deliveryExperience with Learning Management Systems LMSExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills,

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Instructional Systems Design or closely related field plus at least 2 years of experience designing and developing classroom and web-based contentAbility to set timelines and plans to effectively set obtainable goals with an emphasis on on-time delivery Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under deadline pressure
Ability to work in a team and individually
Ability to independently identify, act on and manage multiple priorities
Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
