Hello Students!As you probably already know we constantly invent new products. Our latest breakthrough that will be soon available to customers is 3D Xpoint technology. In order to accomplish such meaningful computer hardware milestone, we need to use the latest available software solutions. Yes indeed, Big Data and Machine Learning comes to play in our case as well. Ultimately, we collect a lot of data points about the performance of our products to make better design decisions on what their final shape should look like.

Qualifications

We are looking for quick learners to join the team as the Undergrad Technical Intern. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: work and collaboration with multi-cultural team across borders in development of the Big Data ecosystem within the Intel validation space. In this role you will have the opportunity to prototype and/or build production quality code as well.Qualifications:No professional experience is required, although a fair Python / Java skills are needed to be successful at this role.Qualifications required:- Dedication, pro-activeness, passion and focus on results in the area related to software development- Knowledge / Experience with Big Data frameworks e.g., Spark, Kafka, YARN etc. - Knowledge / Experience in Docker, Kubernetes etc.- Basic experience in using Linux- Knowledge of English language at the intermediate level minimum: ability to read documentation and communicate over email- Personal interests and/or hobby in the area of machine learning or big data is not required, but will give you a valuable advantage- Excellent communication skills
